I would love to give OB bear a good review on food alone, but their customer service is so bad to the point that I would not come back. A couple weeks ago, I called to ask about the wait. They told me, brashly, to check Yelp. I asked if he could just tell me since I was already talking to him, and he said he didn't know. It's great that they're utilizing the wait time tool on Yelp but it's not a good customer experience when their own employees don't have a clue about what the wait times are and tells me to go check another service. Thanks for wasting my time. Then today, I called in a togo order where I clearly confirmed CANNED sea snails. The woman on the line also repeated back the order correctly. When I went to pick it up, they had charged me for and prepared fresh sea snails which is ~$8 more expensive. I told them the order was wrong but they just argued that this is what I had ordered and if I wanted the canned sea snail dish, I would have to wait for it. Getting orders on the phone mixed up happens, I get it. But the way they handled it really rubbed me the wrong way. I'm not going to argue over what she said/he said. I'm not going back. Long established business that just doesn't care about their customer service anymore.

Amazing fried chicken wings and beer! What more do you need? They of course have other food. This is my go to when i come here with friends. That and the spicy pork. Get the cass beer. Nice and light. I never feel too heavy after indulging in chicken and beer here.

I would have rated it higher but they gave our party a hard time about showing ID even though we were not ordering alcohol. The food was good. My favorite dish was the seafood pancake.

Very popular spot for Korea Town for past 2 decades. Very delicious food and drinks. Staffs need to be little more friendly tho.

It took so long to be seated and when we got seated at our table and told them we were there for drinks only, they forced us to go to the bar. The service was terrible and it took so long to get service. It honestly felt like discrimination! Because we were not Korean, we were definitely treated terribly. We actually went to the place next door, chicken warrior and the service was a lot better. Plus they had yogurt soju! Go there instead!
